Snowflakes as you’ve never seen them before
February 26, 2009 · 6 Comments
Ati vazut vreodata zapada de aproape, de foarte aproape? The New Scientist are un articol pe tema asta. Minunat.
These snowflake photos were taken by Kenneth Libbrecht of CalTech, using a specially-designed snowflake photomicroscope. They show real snow crystals that fell to earth in northern Ontario, Alaska, Vermont, the Michigan Upper Peninsula, and the Sierra Nevada mountains of California.

magic world in color
February 23, 2009 · 4 Comments
I stumbled upon a magical world, that of Gabriel Pacheco (Mexic, 1973) – Ilustrator of Books.
his illustrations are a huge field in which fantastic beings and images appear and transport us to other worlds.
trees are red and apples blue. he stresses the freedom and lack of confinement that children’s illustration gives to the paintbrush.
